New law seeks to stop sexual harassment by venture capitalists

This places venture capitalists in positions of enormous power -- one that they sometimes take advantage of by subjecting entrepreneurs to sexual harassment.

What kind of sexual harassment training muset employers provide?

Every large company -- with 50-plus workers or contractors -- must give employees in supervisory positions at least two hours of sexual harassment training. Supervisors must receive this training within six months of assuming their supervisory roles.

The woman says that Morgan Stanley wrongfully terminated her after she complained about sexual harassment perpetrated by one of her managers. The manager, she says, asked her to send him a sexually explicit picture of herself.
