Our firm has extensive experience representing employers in all types of traditional labor law matters including union organizing campaigns, elections, and unfair labor practice proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and in the courts. Our attorneys have also personally negotiated hundreds of collective bargaining agreements with various unions including the United Food and Commercial Workers (UFCW), Teamsters (IBT), United Autoworkers (UAW), Carpenters (UBC), Longshoreman (ILWU), Service Employees (SEIU), Bakery Workers (BCTW), and Operating Engineers (IUOE). We have also represented companies in scores of arbitrations arising under collective bargaining agreements. Our attorneys have had front-line experience in strike planning and response and picketing issues and have also litigated these issues both in court and before the administrative agencies. Additionally, we have represented companies in federal court litigation in connection with contract actions, including duty of fair representation matters.
