Nicole K. Zaccheo focuses her practice on employment matters and civil litigation. She has experience in commercial litigation, including insurance coverage and bad faith disputes. She represents both employers and employees in a wide range of employment issues including harassment claims based on race, gender, sex, sexual orientation, age, mental and physical disabilities, pregnancy, national origin, claims of wrongful termination, breach of contract, whistle-blowing, wage disputes, discrimination and retaliation claims and grievance proceedings. She counsels and represents employers and employees in all aspects of civil employment from pre-trial through trial and appeal.
Ms. Zaccheo received her law degree from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she participated on law review. She received her undergraduate degree in Political Science/ International Relations from University of California, Los Angeles, graduating magna cum laude.
Ms. Zaccheo is a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles Bar Association and admitted to practice in the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and United States District Court, Central District of California.
